Coffeehaus

Once a month the high school students plan a coffeehaus at school, which typically means a relaxed evening for students (and staff) to hang out. Tonight was the first one of the year, which took on more of a theme of an outdoor barbecue since the weather is still nice. The turnout was excellent with a setting of bbq ribs, music, volleyball, basketball, and just kids hanging out. Jessie and I played many games of basketball knockout with the students, which was really fun besides the fact that I seemed to get out the first round of every game :(. Overall, these students are great kids who are leaders, really respect each other, and desire to do great things with their lives! It was a lot of fun to get to know some of them more and of course play sports!
